Christopher Edward Nolan (30 de Julio de 1970) es un director, guionista y productor británico-estadounidense. Nació en Westminster, Londres, Inglaterra y mantiene ciudadanía británica y estadounidense debido a que su madre era de EEUU. Es conocido por ser el escritor y director de películas aclamadas como Memento (2000), The Prestige (2006), la trilogía The Dark Knight (2005-2012), Inception (2010), Interstellar (2014) y Dunkirk (2017). Nolan es el fundador de la compañía productora Syncopy Films. Usualmente colabora con su esposa, la productora Emma Thomas, y su hermano, el guionista Jonathan Nolan. En 2020 estrenó Tenet, película que dirigió y escribió.
